The NHBC Foundation Depth Calculator is a powerful tool to calculate foundation depths.

The calculator gives you a pocket tool to calculate NHBC Standards chapter 4.2 foundation depths when building near trees in a clay soil.

The app caters for the following features –

•Changes in ground level

•Tree identification via third party apps

•Unlimited amount of trees

•Auto climate zone depth reduction via GPS

It also confirms the governing tree type, suitable heave precautions, and which tree(s) require them to be provided.
