1. Getting started
- Business sign-up from the tablet: business, owner and first location, with the location's time zone. A downloadable business card (image or PDF) at the end, and from the profile later.
- Sign-in with email and password.
- Lock screen with the user's PIN. PIN and password can be set, changed and reset from the profile.
- Several locations: the user picks a location. Currency, settings and the services offered (Booking, POS, Inventory) come from that location.
- Five languages: English, Spanish, French, Hindi and Gujarati.
2. Dashboard
- Side menu with Bookings, Checkout, Sales, Clients, Staff, Inventory, Settings and the back office.
- Bell with today's items needing attention, and count badges on the menu.
- Back-office switches take effect without signing in again. If Booking or Products is turned off for a location, the menu, the opening screen and the wording change. A location without Booking runs as a walk-in shop.
3. Bookings and calendar
- Day, week (7-column grid) and month views. The selected booking scrolls into view.
- Staff slider showing who is available, bookable or busy.
- New booking, move, check-in and open the booking at checkout.
- Blocked and unavailable time shown on the calendar, in dark mode too.
4. Checkout
- Several carts open at once, each named after its customer.
- Add services, products, packages and memberships. Search and type filter.
- Barcode scanning from a plugged-in scanner or typed in the scan field, matching the barcode, any extra barcode (UPC), SKU or vendor SKU. A code that matches nothing opens "Add product" with the barcode filled in.
- Stock and price checks before the sale.
- Discounts before or after tax. Only the discount actually applied is shown. Info icons explain each total.
- Packages and memberships:
- sell them in the sale, or use the ones the customer already owns;
- all four membership benefit types; "Included Qty" counts what is left for this customer;
- a membership's prepaid value pays towards the sale;
- when a package covers only part of an item, the rest goes on its own line at the membership discount;
- free units are used first, then the soonest expiry, then discounts, then the
membership value;
- can be switched off per location in the back office.
- Tips and card surcharge / dual pricing, as set up for the location.
5. Payment
- Card terminals: PAX and Dejavoo (SPIn), chosen in Settings or per tablet. Partial approvals are handled: the rest stays on the balance.
- Split payments across several tenders: cash, card, store credit, loyalty points, membership value and the location's own tenders.
- Cash: change calculator. Key the cash received and the app shows the change. The change is printed on the receipt and sent to the server.
- Cash drawer opens through the receipt printer for every cash payment and cash refund.
6. Receipts and Sales
- Printed receipt with the company details, customer, appointment, lines, tax summary, payments, change, loyalty points and store credit, and a footer.
- Receipt preview with download as PDF, email, and WhatsApp.
- Sales screen: invoices by date and status, with details, payments, reprint, receipt and refund.
7. Refunds
- Whole-invoice refund and single-item refund.
- Back to the original card through the terminal, to cash (the drawer opens), or to store credit.
- Tax and surcharge shown with the right sign. A refund receipt is printed.
- Refund is offered only on invoices that actually took money.
8. Clients and staff
- Clients: list, profile, edit, and tabs for visits, purchases (open the invoice PDF), packages, memberships and Loyalty Points.
- Staff: list, profile with nested detail cards, edit.
- GIF photos play as avatars.
9. Catalogs
- Products, services and variants. Open a product by scanning it. Search also covers the extra barcodes.
- Add and edit products, with several barcodes per product.
