GMC Manasa is Assam's first citizen centric app developed under the initiate of Guwahati Municipal Corporation. With this app citizens of Guwahati can register grievances related to drainage, waste disposal, etc. The app features an intuitive GUI which will enable people to quickly send image, complain and GPS of the citizen complain location information to the GMC- Support Services Backend. All the grievances will be answered within 2 hrs of its complain log. A dedicated support backend team will provide the required services on getting complain information from the citizens on a real time basis. This is further categorised to ward wise complains.
