The Hanuman Chalisa is a Hindu devotional hymn (stotra) addressed to Hanuman. It is traditionally believed to have been authored by 16th-century poet Tulsidas in the Awadhi language, and is his best known text apart from the Ramcharitmanas. The word "Chalisa" is derived from "chalis", which means the number forty in Hindi, as the Hanuman Chalisa has 40 verses (excluding the couplets at the beginning and at the end). Chanting of the Hanuman Chalisa is a common religious practice.

Harish Gwala was born in a small town Dongargarh (Chhattisgarh). He has completed his graduation in B.Sc (Biology) and Diploma in Light Music from IndrakalaSangeetVishwaVidyalaya, Khairagarh (Chhattisgarh). He started learning music at very young age from his GurujiShri. Devi Prasad Tiwari and after coming to Mumbai he started learning music from his mentor Shri. AnupJalota. Harish has wowed audiences and devotees with his divinesinging, his voice soothes the soul which a creates connection with purity straight to the God. His emotions towards Bhajan’s denotes as God has sent him on earth for divine singing itself. He has performed with many prominent personalities to name few are BhajanSamrat Pt. AnupJalota, UshaMangeshkar, AnuradhaPoudwal, Sonu Nigam, Mohd. Aziz, HemaSardesai, SudeshBhonsle and so on. He has extensively toured India, USA, Dubai, Singapore and Bahrein for his music concerts. He performs regularly at Aastha TV channel and has performed on prestigious TV Shows like MeriAawaazSuno (Doordarshan), Ghazal Sara (ETV Urdu), Sa Re Ga Ma (E-24) and Sona Bhakti Ki Aawaaz (Zee TV).
