1. Agents can now see the list of tasks (for applicable accounts) assigned to them by selecting the Tasks bottom tab.
1. Tasks can be listed based on these filters - All, Pending, Completed, Due Today.
2. Tapping on a task will take user to the corresponding ticket details page.
3. Task can be marked completed / pending.
4. Assignee of a task can be changed.
