Auto-diagnostics and advanced diagnostics (available only on IQOS ILUMA devices), gives you solutions if a problem arises with your IQOS or device.

Pairing your IQOS device with the app might be difficult using some mobile devices (Huawei and Xiaomi) and IQOS 2.4 PLUS device. In case difficulties occur we encourage you to use Windows/Mac application after linking your IQOS device to a computer with an USB cable.
