KKH ePA

The KKH ePA is the central app for everything to do with your health. It gives you access to various functions, services and offers, all of which can be used independently in the app. The heart of the app is the eponymous electronic patient record (ePA).

Electronic patient record (ePA)

The electronic patient record is the digital storage location for your personal health data. Thanks to the app on your smartphone, you have the files stored in the ePA file - for example important medical reports - digitally at your fingertips at any time and anywhere.

Look up: The ePA file serves as a digital archive that gives you an overview of collected documents and findings relating to your health at any time.

Share: The ePA file also enables a quick exchange of knowledge between you and all relevant parties, such as treating doctors. Sharing EHR content speeds up communication and promotes a holistic view of your health.

Of course, you decide which data is stored and which people can access it.

E-prescription

You manage your prescriptions in the e-prescription function: You can redeem e-prescriptions and get an overview of prescriptions that have already been redeemed and those that are still open. Using the integrated search function, you can find the nearest pharmacy directly via the app.

• organspende-register.de: Central electronic directory in which you can document your decision for or against organ and tissue donation online. The development and approval of electronic patient files is subject to strict legal requirements, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As a KKH commercial health insurance company, the best possible protection of your health data is particularly important to us. To ensure secure access, unique personal identification is required. There are several options you can choose from during the registration process.
