The app will become a primary tool to help connect students, alumni and families to the LSU Health Sciences, School of Allied Health Professions. It will serve as a marketing tool to allow us to spread the message to potential students about our academic programs. Once enrolled, new students will be able to utilize the app to become acquainted with policies and procedures and be able to use map and directory functions to better navigate around campus. Likewise parents will be better able to keep up with activities on the campus, as will alumni and friends of the school. By utilizing push notification properties of the app, we will be better able to communicate with our various customers.
