This tool is meant to be used only by medical professionals. The available tool is Mela3A, developed to provide

5-year cumulative incidence of recurrence after a diagnosis of melanoma staged IlIA. The user should be aware of the following limitations:

- the model applies only to adults (>=

18 yrs) who are surgically treated with curative intent for their primary tumor within or outside referral centers;

- the model does not apply to patients

with Melanoma at a stage different

from the IlIA;

- the covariates derived from clinical and pathological examination and not

from the preoperative biopsy;

- the model does not distinguish between local, regional or distant recurrences.
