MindCo Relief

MindCo Relief is a program developed by behavioral change experts to help people ease their anxiety and stress levels through a Virtual Reality Toolkit and mobile app.

The user will learn about anxiety and stress through informational and educational lessons, getting to know all there is to know about it: how the brain and the body react to stress, how we all are programmed to act and behave under stress, and how anxiety takes control when let it run without attention.
