Our practitioners have an average experience of 8 years. They are selected by our team with the greatest care to provide you with the best support, whenever you feel the need.

The moka.care app also provides unlimited access to self-care and prevention content, all designed in collaboration with psychologists.

👉 Explore learning programs, videos, podcasts and meditations to understand mental health and its challenges, and adopt daily habits that will make you feel good.

👉 Complete our Head Start training course to learn the fundamentals of mental health in 30 minutes, enabling you to foster a healthy work environment for you and your colleagues.
