Fixed the issue of sending notifications about the deadline for checklists if they are not available in another location.
The ability to use food dishes as ingredients has been restored
The issue when a user could see questions about materials that are not available to his location was fixed
Also, the issue of displaying questions about the bar in the menu was fixed.
