Lord, keep me away From selfishness, envy, pride, vanity, From avarice, from slander, from hatred, from falsehood, From maledicence, from revenge, from violence And from all bad energies, influences, interference. And from all bad thoughts, principles, feelings. And from all the pains, afflictions and sufferings, Of my body, my mind and my soul. Divine Master, Enlighten me with the virtues of Healing: Faith, which moves mountains, Hope, which is reborn in us, Patience, friend of perfection, Charity, towards the needy, Humility, which exalts our spirit, Wisdom, to know how to discern, Loyalty and nobility of character, Inner and universal harmony, Peace, balm for the soul, Forgiveness of oneself and others, The love that builds us up, sublimates And heals all our ailments and diseases.
