So begins Massimo’s Italian pasta recipe book.

Massimo Cecconi was an Italian South African Fashion Photographer and erudite and accomplished pasta cook. Massimo wrote these lovely but simple recipes, each starting with a humorous introduction. Although the recipes were written with a South African audience in mind, he might as well have written these recipes for all Non-Italians.

Written in Italian English, reading this book is such a wonderful and humorous experience, that each recipe will leave you with a big smile on your face.

Bear in mind that I have not corrected the grammar, so as not to dilute his writings.
