About Physics Concepts Explained Short and Easy

Physics Concepts Explained Short and Easy

Physics is the natural science that studies matter and its motion and behavior through space and time and that studies the related entities of energy and force. Physics is one of the most fundamental scientific disciplines, and its main goal is to understand how the universe behaves. In this application all the various concepts related to physics is explained easily and in an understandable manner.

The various topics covered in this application are as follows: kinematics related information, concept of relative velocity related information, laws of motion related information, friction and frame of reference related information, work, energy and power related information, momentum and collision related information, mechanics of system of particles related information, rigid body dynamics related information, simple harmonic motion related information, waves related information, hydrostatics related information, thermodynamics, gravitation related information, capacitance , elasticity related information, electric potential related information, kinetic theory of gases related information

Some Excerpts given in this application are as follows:

A body continues to be in state of rest or uniform motion unless it is acted upon by some external force to act otherwise. 'Rate of change of momentum of a body is proportional to the applied force and takes place in the direction of action of force applied. To every action there is always an equal and opposite reaction. An accelerated frame is called non inertial frame while a non accelerated frame is called inertial frame. Newton first law is valid in inertial frame only. Frictional force acts between the bodies whenever there is a relative motion between them. When bodies slip, frictional force is called static frictional force and when the bodies do not slip, it is called kinetic frictional force.

Inertial frame of references is attached to accelerated objects for example: A person standing in a train moving with increasing speed. Inelastic collision - the momentum of the system is conserved, but kinetic energy is not. Perfectly inelastic collision - the colliding objects stick together. Elastic collision - both the momentum and the kinetic energy of the system are conserved.

If we study physics well then we have a strong chance of getting a good job in the market. Also we will be people of high demand as people with good knowledge of physics are very rare.

We expect feedback from our users as it helps us improve our application. Also kindly rate this application.
