SafeTime®

The all-new SafeTime® device has been a long time in the making. The team at SafeTime® have been working around the clock to deliver a great new product for the temporary works industry.

Rather then repeatedly filling in the same old tagging system on site and then inputting the same data on a register back at the office, we have created a system where it is all done at the same time. Infact there's no reason to even go back to the office at all as all of your data is synced and stored in the cloud by our amazing new SafeTime® application.

When our engineers were tasked with designing this new intuitive device the number one priority was that whoever was looking at the device must be able understand quickly whether the temporary structure they were working on was safe and had been inspected.

We have made the device as simple as possible with the only indications being the load class and the number of days remaining until the next inspection. Once the device has run out of "SafeTime®" a LED will flash alerting the user immediately. Along side this an email will have already been sent to the relevant parties to inform them that the inspections is due and reminder emails will continue to be sent until the device is re-activated.

The new SafeTime® application has been designed to make the tasks you do every day even easier. It has been completely built from the ground up incorporating all of the key requirements for the temporary works industry.

All SafeTime® devices come with NFC communication built in as standard. Near field communication (NFC) is a set of standards for smartphones and similar devices to establish radio communication with each other by touching them together or bringing them into close proximity.

It is these set of standards that have allowed us to create a system to utilise smartphones/ tablets to update the SafeTime® device. Once your Smartphone or Tablet come into contact with the SafeTime® device all data from the device will be uploaded into the cloud and synced between all devices.

NOTE

Users are required to purchase the SafeTime® devices and have an account setup with SafeTime® in order to use the system. Users hardware must be running the Android OS and must have NFC capability.
