What is salesstraxx

An application based on mobile and web applications that is used to manage the sales team when making visits to customers, both the monitoring function and what sales do when making visits.

All sales activities during visits have been arranged using the Salestraxx application.

The process of recording stock on equipment placed in stores by both the sales team and SPG can be done easily on the salestraxx application, the process of ordering products that is integrated with the warehouse stock database is already in it, including requesting delivery dates.

Salestraxx can also function to collect customer receivables, and can record complaints or input from customers.

In the back-end process function, several features are available, including being able to view sales dashboards and visits, perform assignment visits, monitor sales visits, prepare goods to be sent, update stock, input products to be sold and carry out delivery assignments and delivery status.

Payments from customers can be received by the admin team or from the sales team.

The salestraxx POS function can be used by customers to record payment transaction processes and receipt of non-cash payment methods that are integrated with the system.

Sales reports, aging customer receivables, inventory, etc. can be viewed from both the web and mobile applications.
