Sentinel Origin gives your valuable items a proof of ownership record you can show to a buyer.

Register a phone, laptop, tablet, camera, drone, console, power tool, trade equipment or bike using its serial number or IMEI. Add photos, a description and a receipt if you have one. Every seller verifies their identity with a government issued photo ID and a live selfie, so the record carries real weight.

Once registered, your item has its own logbook page. Share the public link in your listing or send it straight to a buyer. They can see the item details, the ownership history and that the seller is identity verified, before any money changes hands.

When you sell, ownership transfers cleanly. Enter the buyer's email, they accept the transfer, and the record moves to them with the history intact. No paperwork, no disputes about who owned what.

Why it matters. Second hand buyers are cautious, and rightly so. Tools and equipment get stolen and resold constantly. A verified ownership record removes the doubt, helps you sell faster, and gives the buyer confidence they are dealing with an identity verified seller.

Registration is priced by the declared value of the item. Under £500 is £4.99, £500 to £1,000 is £8.99, and over £1,000 is £16.99. An optional Annual Plan is available at £39.99 a year for unlimited registrations and free transfers.

Sentinel Origin is a record keeping service. It is not a stolen goods register and it is not a safety or security service.
