Quick and easy access, at a local level, to services if someone is homeless or is at risk of becoming homeless.

The main functions of the app…

Services map- locates services relevant to a person in need (floating support, hostels, NIHE and Trust offices, local transport, help- church groups providing emergency provision and food banks etc)

Report a risk- using geo locate of a mobile phone the public can report someone sleeping rough by pin pointing their exact location

Prevent- a generic referral form where professionals or self referrals can be made to floating support or accommodation services. The focus is for the referral to go to the most appropriate service (not just for Simon Community services)
