A literate and professional women rendering her services in public or private sector must enjoy the statues equivalent to her men counter-part. It is the prime responsibility of her employler to insure her safety, protection and dignity at work place. In appropriate and offensive behaviour, abuse of power by creating hostile envirenment and sexual harassment against women is not only female sex victimization but also a hindrance and barrier to the development and progression of economy institution of Ombudsman “Protection against haressment of women at the work place” is a mile stone achieve by sindh government and It is hope that it will set benchmark for expeditious dispensation of justice to female folk.
