Stretching timer

This is a simple app that allows to control time as you stretch your muscles before and after running without paying attention to phone screen. It will beep o talk whenever you have to start you stretchin or change your position.

It's posible customize notification style setting to "Bell" (short beeps) or "Voice" (by using Android TTS system), as well as the seconds you want your stretch takes and time we'll take to rest or change position.

App is free but it carries a small advert box.
