Synko eV is a non-profit organization that was formed in late 2008 from a loose association Cologne entrepreneurs. The aim of the association's work is to support entrepreneurs, start-ups and young professionals in the form of a comprehensive support of our member companies and the training of their employees. We have already done a lot since our inception, and we want to do even more. Our two new projects "godparents for entrepreneurs" and "encourage self-employment" may give some examples of the various aspects of our social work.

This is what makes us different. And that is what enables us to work our association. We feel bi-culturalism not as a burden but as an opportunity, a fragrant offering and responsibility. With our immigrant background and the resulting knowledge of both languages ​​and two cultures we can - as a kind of bridge builder - just between Turkish and German companies to build a special relationship.

Against this background, we see ourselves with our German-Turkish background in the duty to act as a link between business and society and the existing and ever-increasing potential of the so-called migrant economy in Germany for the creation of training and employment as well as for social and to take advantage of economic integration.
