Tá na Lei

Being transparent is much more than publishing data. It is to make yourself understood. That is why the Government of the State of Goiás, through the Secretariat of the Civil House, launches the Tá Na Lei application: a tool that, when “translating” the complicated texts of the laws, brings clear knowledge and, with that, empowers you , citizen, giving you more realistic conditions to fight for your rights and, of course, better understand and fulfill your duties. After all, it is by understanding first, that we make ourselves understood.

And how it works? In this app, you have two options:

The most complete: you can search and find all the valid legislation in Goiás on various topics, since 1979. Access the "Legislation" section of the menu and fill in the data in the "magnifying glass" to search for a topic of interest. All laws published in their original text, the “complicated” one, that is, without our translation, will be shown.

The translated: for the highly sought-after excerpts of laws, "cards" will be made available - they are arts with a legal image and a very short text, which will tell, in a simple way, "what this law is talking about". Access the section “Tá Na Lei” in the menu or directly through the home, fill in the desired data in the “magnifying glass” and check the results. But be careful, because we have thousands of laws published, the search results in this section will only bring SOME parts of SOME laws. For a complete result of what is in force, go back and access “Legislation”.

New CARDs: every week, new arts are launched, always with themes highlighted in the media. But if there is a subject that interests you, that already has a law envisaged (you found the law here), the text of the law is complicated, you can ask for the “translation”: just access, in the menu, the section “others” and “ talk to us ”- send us an email. We will be able to produce and publish the new CARD, in an estimated period of 01 week.
