Jalalain Quran Translation of the Book of Classical Sunni much used as reference

Tafsir Al-Jalalain (Arabic: الجلالين Tafsīr al-Jalālayn, Literally meaning: "Tafseer of the two Jalals") is a well-known Book of Tafsir Al-Qur'an, which originally composed by Jalaluddin al-Mahalli in 1459, and then continued by his student Jalaluddin as-Suyuthi in 1505.

This Jalalain's Tafsir is generally considered the Book of Classical Sunni Tafsir which is widely used as a reference, because it is considered easy to understand and consists of only one volume.

This book is the only Tafsir with two authors. Uniquely, they did not work on it simultaneously. Although it was mentioned by two people that it was composed, actually Al-Mahalli and As-Suyuthi did not work on it at the same time. Each of the different generations of compilers wrote only half the interpretation of the Koran at that time. Because when the first commentator compiled the first part of Jalalain's Tafsir, the second commentator had just started his odyssey in search of knowledge.
