TClass is an internal learning management application designed to solve various challenges in HR management at PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia (TMMIN). This system is here to create an efficient, centralized and collaborative solution in the employee development journey. With TClass, companies can monitor mandatory training, training history, and enable leaders to monitor and plan their team's competency development more effectively.
