This third was taught during a vision that Sister Faustina had on September 13, 1935: “I saw an angel, the executioner of God's wrath, about to reach the earth. I started to beg God intensely for the world, with words I heard inside. As I prayed like this, I saw that the angel was helpless, and could no longer execute the just punishment ”.

The next day, an inner voice taught him this prayer in the rosary beads.

“By reciting that rosary, I am pleased to give everything you ask of Me. When hardened sinners recite it, I will fill their souls with peace, and the hour of their death will be happy. Write this to the troubled souls: When the soul sees and recognizes the gravity of its sins, when the abyss of misery in which it has plunged is revealed before its eyes, let it not despair but throw itself confidently into the arms of my mercy, like a child in the arms of the dear mother. These souls have a right of precedence over my merciful heart. Say that no soul who has resorted to My mercy has been disappointed or experienced shame. ”

"When you pray that rosary with the dying, I will place myself between the Father and the dying soul, not as a just Judge, but as a merciful Savior."

The rosary was traditionally divided into three equal parts, with fifty beads each and which, because they correspond to the third part, were called rosary.
