TOSSIN:Code du Numérique Bénin

The National Assembly deliberated and adopted in its session on Tuesday, June 13, 2017, the law establishing the digital code in the Republic of Benin which in 242 pages defined the rules that apply to all players in the digital world in Benin.

- To anyone who has at least one bank account

- To all banks

- To all those who use or carry out mobile money transactions
