ScrollFit - PushUp App Blocker

Block distracting apps. Do pushups or squats to unlock them. Take back your time.

ScrollFit locks the apps that eat your day and only opens them when you move. Pick an exercise, do the reps in front of your camera, and earn your screen time. No skip button. No cheating. Just results.

THE BLOCK

Choose the apps you want to block. When you open one, ScrollFit steps in and asks for a workout instead. Blocking runs on your phone through Android's accessibility service and usage access — ScrollFit never reads, records or sends what you do inside other apps.

5 EXERCISES, YOUR CHOICE

Pushups, squats, situps, plank or squat hold. Set the reps or hold time for each one. Your camera counts every rep on-device with AI pose detection — nothing is recorded or uploaded, and no internet is needed.

QUESTS

Every rep moves you along a quest path. Complete missions, unlock new stages and keep your streak alive.

BODY

Watch the muscles you train light up on your body map. Your stats build up day after day — reps, locked time, streaks.

SCHEDULES & MODES

Create modes — "Block social media", "Only work apps" — and reuse them. Set schedules that lock automatically: Night Lock from 11 pm to 7 am, Focus on weekdays, whatever fits your life. Overnight schedules that cross midnight are supported. Need focus right now? Start an instant lock.

TAKE A BREAK

Life happens. Earn a short break (1–30 minutes) with a quick set; the lock resumes by itself when the timer ends.

PERFECT FOR

• Breaking the doomscroll habit

• Building daily exercise into your routine

• Staying focused at work or while studying

• Phone-free evenings

• Anyone who tried other screen-time apps and failed

NO SHORTCUTS

There is no skip button and no way to fool the rep counter. You set the rules; ScrollFit enforces them. If you can't exercise, you can't scroll.

ScrollFit requires a subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase, billed through Google Play.
