Wasted - Aware Screen Time

Every other screen time app blocks you. Wasted just makes you aware.

You don't need another wall between you and your phone — you've tapped "Ignore" on Screen Time limits a hundred times. Wasted is different. It's a nudger, not a blocker. Pick the apps you waste time on (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X…), set a reminder interval, and the moment you go over, Wasted calls you out — with a personality you actually feel.

MEET YOUR 5 ARCHETYPES

Choose who nudges you. Each one delivers the same wake-up call in a completely different voice:

• Minimalist — clean, stoic, no drama. Just the facts.

• Satirist — sarcastic and funny. The friend who roasts you with love.

• Philosopher — reflective and thought-provoking. Makes you actually think.

• Moralist — serious and guilt-driven. No sugar-coating.

• Provocateur — aggressive and confrontational. For when you need a slap, not a tap.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Pick the apps that eat your time.

2. Set how long is "too long."

3. Keep scrolling — Wasted lets you. But the second you cross the line, your archetype fires a notification. Still scrolling? It nudges again, every interval, until you stop.

No blocking. No friction wall. No forcing. Just awareness, sharp enough to break the trance.

100% PRIVATE — BY DESIGN

• No account. No sign-up. No email.

• No cloud. No sync. Nothing leaves your phone.

• No analytics. No tracking. No data selling. No ads.

Wasted uses Apple's official Screen Time (DeviceActivity) framework and runs entirely on-device. What you do on your phone stays on your phone.
