Who created the Women Who Fast app?

Hi, we are Dawn and Kim, creators of Women Who Fast. We've been best friends since high school, class of 1986! We've shared a lot of life's ups and downs, just like you have with your girlfriends. 🙂 

When we heard about the Nobel Prize research explaining how intermittent fasting promotes cell regeneration (a.k.a. anti-aging) while the body is shedding pounds, we started fasting just like many of you. 

This sparked our dream to create Women Who Fast and to do our best to make it the best fasting app for women!
