Tabata training is a training method invented in 1996 by Professor Izumi Tabata of Ritsumeikan University Sports and Health Sciences. Tabata-style training is a big issue overseas, and various training programs have been developed based on this research.
Do high intensity exercise for 20 seconds and repeat this 6-7 times with a 10 second break. The intensity during exercise is about 170% of the maximum oxygen intake. If done with the proper strength, it will be exhausted in about 3 minutes.
This app is a timer app that can be used in various fitness including Tabata training. Please use it as a regular training tool.
