A. It is a safe construction transaction platform where the construction cost, including interior and remodeling, is safely deposited with the PG company and the settlement is made to the manager (constructor) when the customer confirms it after construction is completed. In addition, credit card payment is possible when paying for deposits, and interest-free installments are also possible depending on the card company, so you can fix, change, or repair residential and commercial spaces by minimizing economic burden.

Q. How does the transaction work?

A. The captain sends a tentative estimate and chatting begins. To start a transaction with the manager, if the customer [confirms the transaction], you can receive an actual quote from the manager. If necessary, the customer and the ledger visit actual measurement and draw up a contract, the ledger sends the actual estimate (final estimate), and when the customer accepts the transaction and proceeds with payment, the transaction begins and construction begins.

A. After receiving the actual estimate from the manager, the customer pays the deposit through EasyPay of Korea Information and Communications Co., Ltd. The amount paid is safely deposited with the PG company, and when the customer clicks [Complete construction] in the chat after all construction is completed, the settlement is made to the manager.

Q. What if the project is not satisfactory?

A. If you are not satisfied with the construction, you can apply for dispute mediation through [Inquiry about application for dispute mediation] by selecting the speech bubble at the bottom right of [My Information]. Unless the customer proceeds with [Complete construction], the settlement is not made to the manager, and if the customer does not proceed with [Complete construction] for unreasonable reasons, the customer can check the problem at Tongba and proceed with the settlement.

Q. The construction was canceled, how do I get a refund?

A. If there is a problem with the construction or it is impossible to proceed with the construction, you can proceed with a refund through [My Information] ➞ [Construction Information] ➞ [Cancellation Request].

Q. Where can I download the contract?

A. You can download and use the Fair Trade Commission [No. 10079] standard contract for interior construction and window construction through a speech bubble in [My Information].

Q. How do I request a quotation if various constructions are required?
