Conceito 3W

The concept 3W application was developed to make the selection process less bureaucratic.

Through it, candidates access the vacancy description, apply for new vacancies they have been invited to, fill in their experiences and also answer key questions through short videos.

For the vacancies that the candidate participates, strategic questions are presented where it will be possible to assess the candidate's reaction in everyday situations, we also do the analysis of the candidate's posture. Finally, it allows us to make a filter based on the responses sent.
