In the settings you are asked to enter the parameter "My Time" (Minutes of goals per day to be dedicated to myself). "My Time" means exclusively the activities aimed at maintaining and / or increasing mental and physical well-being and improving the person's knowledge and / or abilities (both relating to private and professional life). In recording the activities, in order to have a behavioral photograph as close as possible to the real one, it is advisable to take into account only the time spent in carrying them out and in full awareness (ie with the head focused on what you are doing).

By "Pareto Time" (focused work), instead, we mean the three main activities that we carry out in our profession. The Pareto Law, also known as the Rule of 80-20, explains that it is essential to be focused on what is really useful to achieve better results in the work: in fact, research shows that about 20% of the actions and of the time we spend carrying out our profession contributes to 80% of the result we get.
