About FastTrack: Fasting Tracker

A simple fasting tracker - stay accountable and lose weight effortlessly!

Intermittent fasting isn't a diet, it's a way of life. Through fasting, it is possible to lose weight without counting calories and see improvements in your health. Say goodbye to following fad diets, while looking and feeling better than ever.

FastTrack is an app that keeps you on track with your intermittent fasting by encouraging you to stick to your goals and logging your progress.

Why Intermittent Fasting?

✔ Burn excess body fat, without affecting muscle mass

✔ Help manage blood sugar levels

✔ Reduce inflammation

✔ Give your body a break from digestion

✔ Increase insulin sensitivity (reverse insulin resistance)

FastTrack helps you fast with:

✔ The "Timer" screen. You can easily start and stop a fast with one click. Set a goal duration and the timer will countdown (or up) until you reach your goal.

✔ The "Reminders" screen. Here you can set a weekly fasting schedule and the app will alert you when it's time to begin.

✔ The "Log" screen. This screen has a calendar view of all your previously completed fasts so that you can visualise your records.

✔ The "Stats" screen. This screen allows you to reflect on your accomplishments and see where you're falling short.

Seek medical advice from a doctor before attempting any fasting protocol if you suffer from eating disorders, diabetes, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have any other medical condition.
