Calculate monthly salary, vacations and 13th salary in Payroll
Find out what will be deducted from your monthly salary or how much you will receive on vacation or what is the net amount of your 13th salary !!!
1) In the monthly calculation, from the values of the base salary and other income and discounts, taxable or not, you can calculate the values below for monthly payment. You can choose the month and year for calculation and the number of working days in the month.
a) Dangerousness (by percentage of base salary)
b) Unhealthy Work (by percentage of the Minimum Wage)
c) Family Salary (inform the number of dependents)
d) Commission and respective DSR and Overtime, if applicable
e) Overtime (inform percentage and number of hours, there can be three sets of these fields)
f) Night Shift (with percentage and number of hours)
g) Paid Weekly Rest (starting from overtime and night shift premium)
h) Profit sharing and respective Income Tax deduction
i) INSS, unless the retiree option is checked
j) Income Tax (for which dependents must be informed)
k) Absences (informing the number of days) and Delays (with the number of hours in decimals), optionally with the respective DSR
l) Transportation allowance
m) Union Contribution
n) FGTS
2) When calculating Vacations, from the start date and the number of days of vacation enjoyment and the number of days of cash allowance, you will have:
a) Vacation value of each month affected and their respective 1/3;
b) Value of the cash allowance, if applicable, and its respective 1/3;
c) Average for vacations, according to the total number of overtime hours (in up to three percentages), number of additional night hours and an amount, such as commissions and others, incurred during the vesting period;
d) INSS for each affected month;
e) Income Tax;
f) depending on the number of absences during the vesting period, it reduces the number of vacation days, according to the legislation.
2) When calculating the 13th Salary, based on the total income, the amount already anticipated in the year and a possible date of admission in the year, you will have:
a) Value of the 13th Salary;
b) Average for 13th Salary, according to the total number of overtime hours (in up to three percentages), number of additional night hours and an amount, such as commissions and others, incurred during the acquisition period;
d) INSS;
i) Income tax.
