The story of Mons Mellis begins when, after visiting France, I discovered the concept of "bakery" - a bakery of fresh, healthy bakery products, a place where the baker and his customers are like a big family.

Returning home, in the spring of 2014, we decided to start the project Mons Mellis - artisan bakery - as an alternative to the industrially processed products in the old dairy of the sauces in Hărman commune, Brașov county, in the immediate vicinity of the fortified fortress. The proximity of Brasov provided us with the market, the artisan bread and the homemade cakes giving us a fast positioning on the market, our clientele being formed by clients oriented towards a healthy food, as well as clients in search of specialties.
