This app is developed based on the University of Newcastle research.

The researcher, Dr Adams, says “The best way to get someone to change health behaviours is to bribe them”.

So, we simply applied the scientifically proven method to quit smoking into the App.

We also added a function to connect people, using the function to get help or help them to quit smoking.

Use this app to monitor a smoker who you want him/her to quit smoking. it is required the smoker to download main version of Quit smoking Hide &Seek app.

If your friend cannot quit smoking using this app, then your friend will never ever achieve to quit smoking!

How to use

1. Download this app on your precious person’s smart phone

2. Download the monitoring app (free) on your smart phone

3. Receive a friend request from the person who want to quit smoking

4. Approve the request

5. Ready to start!
