ShapeShift is a fast neon arcade roguelite built for one thumb. Drag a glowing geometric craft across three lanes, morph between Circle, Square and Triangle, and shatter the endless geometry falling toward you. There is no fire button and no win screen. There is only how deep you got, and whether you can go deeper.

READ, MOVE, MORPH

Every obstacle is locked to a shape. A Circle lock only breaks under Circle fire. Get the form wrong and your shots deflect harmlessly off it.

So read the formation, hold a lane to charge the form you need, and be the right shape before it arrives. You always get a fair window. You do not always take it.

GEOMETRY IS GAMEPLAY

The three forms are not skins. Circle, Square and Triangle each carry their own weapon identity, their own movement feel, and their own family of enemies. Switching form mid formation is the skill ceiling of the whole game.

PAINT MAKES IT SPECTACULAR

Grab paint capsules to wash your craft, your shots and the lanes in cyan, magenta or yellow. Break a target in its own colour for bonus damage, bonus score and a bigger burst, then chain colour matched breaks into a Spectrum Chain for a rising multiplier. Take a hit and the chain is gone.

EVERY RUN BUILDS DIFFERENTLY

Fill the Resonance bar and pick one of three upgrade cards. Twenty five cards across weapons, defence, colour, scoring and utility stack into combinations that make no two runs feel the same. Glass cannon burst, armoured grinder, full spectrum colour build, or something stranger.

GUARDIANS

Every third sector sends a guardian. Multiple phases, mobile, rotating its shape lock mid fight and forcing you to rotate with it. Beating one clean, without taking a hit, pays the best rewards in the game.

PERMANENT PROGRESS

Every run pays out Prism Dust. Spend it between runs on permanent upgrades, unlock mastery tiers, and open new cards into the run pool. A bad run is still a run that made the next one stronger.

Ten sector themes cycle as you descend. First Light, Wet Neon, Prism Front, Broken Grid, Colour Storm, Dark Geometry and more, each with its own palette, motion and formation rules. Past the authored sectors the director keeps remixing them under tighter budgets. It does not stop getting harder.
