Squat Challenge: Counter

No gym. No equipment. Just your phone.

Squat Challenge turns your phone into an automatic squat counter — hold it, move up and down, and every rep is counted for you. It's the simplest way to build a daily squat habit and a home workout routine that actually sticks.
