Download the app

Enter the number of cigarettes you smoke daily and how much a pack costs. The app calculates for you how much you save each day. From October 1, the app will guide you for 28 days to quit smoking. If you have a relapse, you can easily reset the app to start over.

Daily messages

The app is automatically updated every 24 hours with a new motivational message to support you during the first 28 days after quitting. At the end of the 28 days you can make the choice to use the app even longer or not.

Create chat groups

In the app it is automatically clear how to create a chat group with fellow stoppers. If something is not clear to you, take a look at the community manual. You can always find this manual via the settings in the Stoptober app.
