Antistress for the eyes is designed to perform the same functions with an eye exercise. There is no certain sequence of performing these exercises, which of them is more effective. You can choose the ones you like more. How often to perform them, you should decide for yourself based on personal feelings.

What will happen to the eyes if you follow the red ball?
