The mobile application for the AutoDealer Online car service complements the program of the same name, intended for service station owners. Download the application to your smartphone and use it immediately. Login is carried out with the same login and password as in the main program.

APPOINTMENT FOR REPAIR

The application allows you to manage repair records from your smartphone: view, edit, add and delete. The application and the program are completely connected: changes made on one device are immediately reflected on the other. Thanks to this, the service station administrator can quickly accept requests from clients and enter them into the work schedule.

Users can view the log of posts by day, week and month, as well as statistics on the download of each post.

When creating a record through the application, you can specify the following parameters:

• date and time;

• planned duration of repairs;

• post in a car service center;

• client data: full name or company name; make, model and state number of the car. Important: data can be added from the customer directory or manually.

• name of the employee who accepted the application;

• advertising campaign that brought the client;

• free-form text note.

VIN AND PLACE PLATE RECOGNITION

The application will help you quickly and easily fill out the most important data of the client’s car - VIN and license plate number. If the client is new or the previous one has changed the machine, the data can be loaded automatically without transferring a long combination of numbers and letters manually.

To do this, go to the customer card in the program and when filling out information about the car, press just one button - AutoDealer Online will send a scanning request to the mobile application. All you have to do is accept it and point your phone camera at the STS. Artificial intelligence will read the VIN and license plate number, and the necessary data will automatically be included in the customer card.

INSPECTION ACT

Using the application, it is easy and convenient to issue an inspection report without leaving the repair area of ​​the car service center. An employee can log into AutoDealer Online from a smartphone and record the condition of the car at the time it arrived at the service station:

• type of vehicle;

• body and paintwork defects;

• completeness;

• fuel level;

• mileage;

• special notes if necessary;

• photos of the car.

If the car is heavily soiled or is being inspected at night, the employee can leave appropriate marks.

After saving, the inspection report remains in the program - you can log into AutoDealer Online from a laptop or computer and view all the details.

DIAGNOSTICS

The application allows you to create or edit a diagnostic sheet, which is needed in order to reflect the faults found during the inspection of the car. Based on this document, the client can decide which faults need to be fixed urgently and which can be postponed for now. The car service, in turn, gets a reason to contact the client to remind them of the need to repair the vehicle.
