TRAINING CARD

Your training program is created by Builtdifferent Coaches taking into account 17 variables and 3 different gym training styles: you can choose between bodybuilding, powerbuilding and powerlifting.

Don't worry if you're just starting out: we will build the most suitable path for you and guide you to discover the exercises with in-depth explanations and detailed videos for each exercise, and if you still have doubts, you can always chat with your Coach.

If you are advanced, however, thanks to the structured cards and the logbook integrated into the app, you will be able to progress again and say goodbye to stagnation forever.

NUTRITIONAL PLAN

Our Nutritionists work closely with Coaches to create an effective and sustainable nutritional plan, in line with what you do in the gym and designed to help you achieve your goals.

With Builtdifferent's nutritional plans, flexibility is maximum: for each food you will already find dozens of alternative foods already weighed, perfect for adapting your diet to your lifestyle and preferences.

You will finally know exactly what to eat and when to maximize your results. Every 30 days you will then receive a check questionnaire to evaluate your progress and establish the next steps on your journey.

CHAT SUPPORT WITH COACH AND NUTRITIONIST

In Builtdifferent there will always be your Coach and your Nutritionist ready to help you and with whom you can interact directly to receive personalized support, resolve doubts about exercises, dietary adaptations and any aspect of your journey.
