Calculate the optimal temperature of the dough

As you know, to obtain an optimal dough, it is necessary to make sure that at the end of the process, this is at a temperature ranging from 25 to 30 degrees, therefore a series of factors must be calculated, Ambient temperature, temperature of the flour, temperature created by the mixer during processing.
