Women’s calendar

The app will help you track all aspects of women's health: keep a calendar of menstruation, know the date of ovulation and fertility period - the time when the probability of getting pregnant is the highest. FRAU will remember the features of your cycle and calculate the beginning of the next menstruation and ovulation. Use these forecasts to plan your business and intimate life.

Several operation modes of the app

Choose the most appropriate app mode, depending on your goals and status:

1) I do not plan a pregnancy - we will notify you about the features of your cycle and "dangerous" days, when the probability of getting pregnant is the highest

2) I plan a pregnancy - we will inform you about the most favorable days for conception and will tell you how to prepare for pregnancy

3) Pregnancy - we will accompany you on this journey and will tell you how to maintain your health and your child's health

4) Menopause - in this period of new opportunities, we will remind you of simple recommendations for maintaining women's health during menopause

Health recommendations

The FRAU app allows better understanding the state of your body thanks to a system of recommendations. Reacting to your actions, the system will offer those recommendations and materials that are relevant to you at the moment. Recommendations include: an explanation of physical condition at different periods of the cycle, tips for maintaining beauty, women's and general health, as well as instructions for various diagnostic tests for women.

Recommendations will be adjusted up to you upon the mode change.

Integration with fitness gadgets

You can connect to your Google Fit account in any mode. All data from your account and connected smart gadgets is integrated into the app - you don't need to duplicate the information or enter it manually.

Goal setting

FRAU offers not only convenient work with the cycle, but also health care in general. You may set goals for your weight, sleep, physical activity, training, fighting a bad habit - and keep tracking your progress. FRAU will help you achieve your goals through motivations and helpful tips, and will remind you to make progress notes.

Medical record

The app allows storing all your health data in your phone:

- adding doctor's appointment records,

- adding photos of tests and prescriptions,

- setting reminders about taking medications,

- setting a reminder to visit a doctor.
