The stretches in this yoga sequence are designed to restore and increase flexibility to the joints and muscles of the back. Prevent back injury and keep your spine flexible by practicing this stretching routine. To improve your flexibility, these stretches should be performed once or twice daily, provided they do not cause or increase pain.
