Daily strength training workouts & CPT Services

I have always had a huge passion for movement and strength in all forms. I was an independent competitor most of my life in dance, equestrian sports to racing cars & more.

From the age of six through college I had to stay disciplined in what I did as a growing athlete & to qualify for world titles, I got there because always aspired to be different in who I was, thats what set me apart.

That confidence.

After college, I wasn’t sure where to begin I struggled with my mental health, plus I had gone from athlete to mom with a mostly sedentary job as a Montessori school directress who felt forced to fit a mold.

I had settled…

So I took back control, & I sold my school.

That wasn't who I was meant to be at all!

The only part of my past that I treasure is my connection with horses, this is what grounds me. It has shaped me into becoming the horse woman I am today.

One who is functionally fit and strong enough to take one the chaos of every day. This also allows me to embrace a mindset that inspires many to accept & invoke change in themselves.

When I picked up the iron 12 years ago I found my passion, it lit my purpose on fire as I inspired others to RISE higher.

As you know the saying goes: “where there’s a will, there’s a way!” & I found a way!

Now I’m here to share my programming, as well as the tips and tricks I’ve learned and continue to learn, by doing what I do WITH YOU to help you see YOU!

My mission when it comes to training is to help you transform your life into a sustainable way of living by building a strong body that will help you physically, with a powerful mindset based off your integrity to do the hard things.

This will ensure you can take on anything with the confidence to improve every aspect of your life for the rest of your life!

The journey of true healthy living starts within the mind.

I train utilizing a my own weekly power building program that progresses monthly. Or 1 on 1 coaching. This is an investment of health and wellness that will help you achieve long term results all 52 weeks of the year!
