Before you are 4 sections of the application, they will sequentially guide you from the generated order to the delivered one.

In the "Orders" section, transactions from CRM are displayed that have a stage corresponding to the "Order" status in the Settings section of the "Order / Deal Stage". It is assumed that the transaction is transferred to the "Order" status, at the moment when the goods are already assembled, the cost, responsible, address and delivery date are determined. The delivery address must be recorded in an additional user field in the "Delivery Address (DS)" transaction. Delivery Date - This is the "Start Date."

The employee working with the application sees in the list only transactions in which he is appointed responsible. The portal administrator, in the "Settings" section, can appoint an employee as a moderator of the application. The moderator sees all orders. Above the list of orders is a filter by responsible.

To transfer orders to a courier for delivery, mark one or more orders and click the "Assign Courier" button. You will be taken to the next screen to select a courier.

In the "To delivery" section, you need to specify one courier for the selected orders. Once this is done, the submit button will appear.

You can remove any order from the list, but you can’t add it anymore, for this you will have to return to the "Orders" section and form a new package for delivery

Pressing the "Send" button puts the selected transaction in the "In Delivery" status. By default, this is the "At Work" transaction stage, but you can configure this in the Settings section (available to portal administrators and application moderators)

After clicking on the "Send" button, you automatically proceed to the next section "Delivery"

In the "Delivery" section, a list of orders assigned to the courier is displayed. The order status is "Delivery", "Delivered", "Failure". Correspondence of order statuses and transaction stages is made in the Application Settings.

Orders in the "Delivery" stage can be canceled by clicking on the "x" next to the order number. Indicate the reason for cancellation. The order will return to the "Order" status, and your comment will be visible in the order and in the transaction in the additional field "Delivery Comments (DS)"

Section "Settings", is available for portal administrators and moderators of the application.

Here you can add or remove moderators of the application. Their capabilities are described in the instructions for the sections.

The list of Couriers is stored in the settings. Even if you remove the courier from this list, information about him will remain in the orders that he delivered.

"Order / transaction stages" is an editable list of correspondence between order statuses and transaction stages. The following statuses are defined in the application:

Delivered

Paid (not yet used)

Renouncement

By default, the stages of transactions correspond to them:

You can change this list as you see fit, for example, by changing the stage at which the transaction is ready for delivery.

You can also set the default value of this list by clicking on the button in front of the name of the subsection.
