About e-Presence L
The integrated BK Suite solution for remote employee management.
E-PRESENCE is one of BK SUITE's integrated solutions for managing employees remotely on mobile devices, designed to interface quickly with any ERP and equipped with an interface dedicated to Microsoft Dynamics NAV® (NAV) called "NAVBOX".
Available modules:
Access: Management of income and expenses via web pages or apps on mobile devices and tablets. Possibility to connect accesses to a detection of the geolocalized position of the operator or by integrating the application with third-party mechanical input devices, where possible.
Attendance: Monitoring of accesses in real time, management of requests for permission, illness and absence of the employee and management of corporate communications. Export of attendance data to be transmitted to the labor consultant.
Expense notes: Recording of employees' expenses via mobile device also thanks to the photographic storage of receipts. The module does not replace a document archiving solution.
Employee management: Employee information, their qualifications and corporate roles, assigned assets, medical examinations, supported courses to be supported.
Report recording: Recording of planned activities in the orders of one's ERP or activities planned by B-Planner. It allows you to describe the activity carried out, also indicating the travel costs incurred. The form can be integrated with the expense report form and B-PLANNER to request the planning of a subsequent activity. Automatic sending of reports by e-mail to the customer's person in charge of accepting the reports.
Work plan: Possibility to see the list of activities to be carried out during the day, those late and those of the following days. Integrated to the "reporting transactions" module, it allows the automatic connection of activities in the order plan.
